1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the KONOKgo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our service. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. The minimum age for registration is 18 years.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are made through the KONOKgo platform and are confirmed upon successful payment. Please note:

• Prices are listed in USD and may change until the time of payment
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Booking confirmation is sent to your email address
• Some tours may require a minimum number of participants

4. Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for details on cancellation timelines and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

KONOKgo acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (tour operators, transport companies, guides). To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the actions or negligence of service providers
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we recommend first contacting our support team at support@konokgo.com. We aim to resolve all matters within 30 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, parties may seek mediation before filing a lawsuit.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our website or sent via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
